End of Quarter 1. Please ensure that quarterly data required to be uploaded into SIS has been verified before uploading.
Data 2. Please prepare a report that documents the number of seniors who have left or have been dropped from the roll as
of January 5, 2021. This report is due to the Superintendent by January 11th by 8:00 a.m. Please indicate their
new school district if they transferred if known.

Checks Administrators should verify that grades have been updated weekly by 3:30 p.m. with at least one grade for each course.
