03. Recycle

Denim, one of the most famous fabrics in the world, has a serious effect
on the environment in the manufacturing. Therefore, denim manufactur-
ers should product denim without waste, and occurred waste should be
recycled.
TCE operate a recycling system that gives new value to previously aban-
doned resources and energy. We have a high-level reprocessing facility
that treats wastewater and recycles it into production process water. In
addition, we recycle disposable materials for denim production, helping to
save the global environment while adding new functionality.

WASTEWATER
RECYCLE SYSTEM 657,000 tons/year (based on drinking water standard)
Maximum 657,000 tons of wastewater/year is recycled back into the production
process after being treated using a reverse osmosis system.
