I should point out that every time I am in receipt of your correspondence I subsequently source yet further evidence in water-tight defence of MHML and without doubt, yet further evidence of your client’s or witness’ dishonesty.

Thank you for your hand delivered letter of 9th December 2016.
I have, as ever, written comments, para by para, which where appropriate does hopefully answer points raised.
As I have made abundantly clear in my response to one particular query, namely that of existing Reserves, I can see no reason whatsoever to continue in the annoying and confusing various queries and obtuse computations which leaves me punch drunk in attempting to fathom and respond to.
It’s quite extraordinary that a simple straightforward request of existing Reserves in hand [on any date subsequent to, or indeed including the date of your initial letter of 23 March 2016], was never made and indeed even the refer- ence to the Reserves in your recent 9th December letter is still not a sensible straightforward request but another mischievous innuendo? Although, “no doubt an apology could follow” sounds suspiciously like an admission!
All other points in your letter have been previously responded to multiple times with supporting paperwork, but as stated above, I am obliged to add to the weight of evidence against your client’s malicious innuendos of which I still have a considerable library - I refer in just one instance being your reliance on the integrity, memory and honesty of Mr. White (not Mr. Smith as you often refer). Mr White is an innocent in this soap opera, but like lessees at Mitre House, he was ill-informed and mischievously obliged to make statements and comments on behalf of your client having little or no regard for the consequences, and this despite my loyalty and appreciation of his work efforts at Mitre House, from which MHML did not request nor receive a penny’s commission, nor indeed again when I per- sonally arranged substantial subsequent work for AR Lawrence.
As you no doubt will be well conversant with, that’s unusual these days with Agents. And as you will further appre- ciate, I did not comment on nor follow up Mr White’s offer to assist my case against your client. That’s integrity.
I am away for the Festivities and consequently will be unavailable for any more Hillgarthisms until early New Year or beyond, but in the meantime I wish you a peaceful and pleasant Christmas and if lucky a MHML free 2017.
