CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
(As revised May 2018)

ARTICLE I - Name

Section 1. The name of the organization shall be San Antonio
Association of Building Engineers (SAABE).

Section 2. The Registered location of the corporation shall be
located at 10205 Oasis Drive, Suite 205, San Antonio, TX 78216 and
shall be its principal place of business. The mailing address of the
corporation shall be P.O. Box 781261, San Antonio, TX 78278. The
location of the registered office may be changed from time to time
by the Board of Directors and need not be identical to the principal
office of the corporation.

ARTICLE II - Principal Office
The principal office of SAABE shall be in the City of San Antonio,
Texas.

ARTICLE III – Non-Profit Corporation
The Association shall be a non-profit corporation; and shall have
no capital stock, shall not be conducted for gain or profit, but shall
be supported and maintained by contributions, benefactions and
endowments and by dues and assessments paid by members.

ARTICLE IV - Purpose

This organization has been established to enable Building Engineers,
professionally involved in the physical plant operations, to meet
periodically in order to share experiences and expertise; and
to promote career development through education programs,
discussions, newsletters, and/or presentations by members and
guest speakers.
