               •  A customised marketing plan, tailored to your needs and requirements,
                   taking into consideration the marketing mix that will be presented to the
                   market.

               •  Professional photographs of the interior and exterior of the property.

               •  Featuring  the  property  on  all  the  relevant  digital  and  print  media
                   platforms,  as  well  as  The  Seeff  social  media  platforms  and  sponsored
                   media platforms.


               •  We  currently  have  approximately  30  real  Estate  agents  within  our
                   Blouberg office, working across all areas of the Western Seaboard. And
                   your listing will be exposed to each of them and promoted across our
                   database of active buyers.

               •  Your listing will be featured in our office window for extra visibility.

               •  We will be working with any outside agency who wishes to bring their

                   buyers to view the property. This ensures that you have a single point of
                   call and do not have to deal with the confusing situation of having to
                   manage multiple agents.

               •  Show houses will be conducted with your permission and according to
                   our strict showhouse methodology. And always hosted by an experienced
                   agent.

               •  Objective  feedback  is  provided  regularly  on  a  weekly  basis,  and  if
                   required, more regularly.

            Ooba Home loans, our bond originators, will assist every prospective purchaser in acquiring
              home loan finance through a pre-approval process, and bond applications to the various

               banking institutions, and will facilitate the entire process to ensure smooth and speedy
