Once a written offer has been
received.
• We are required to ensure that both yourself and your prospective
purchaser are compliant with both the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC)
and the Financial Intelligence Centre’s Act (FICA).
For us to complete this, we will require a copy of your identity document
and a proof of address document, not older than three months, however,
should additional documentation be required as would be, should the
property be owned by a Trust, Company or Close Corporation, I will
inform you further, and request such from you.
• We will ensure that the offer to purchase, with all required annexures, is
completed correctly, comprehensively and taking in consideration, all the
conditions of your mandate.
• Negotiating the entire process on your behalf, with integrity,
professionalism and in compliance with our code of conduct.
• Comprehensively explain all details of the procedures at this stage and
all forthcoming stages of the transaction.
• Deliver and communicate all counter proposals speedily and without bias.
• Notify and communicate all details with all parties concerned, in a
speedily and professional manner, in a written format.
