Once a sale has been
concluded
• We will ensure that all documentation and relevant annexures to the OTP (Offer
to Purchase) are processed immediately through our internal conveyancing
department and forwarded to the instructed attorney who will be attending to
the transaction.
• We will work with the conveyancing attorney to ensure that the deposit has been
collected according to the agreement, as well as managing all other relevant
conditions.
• If required, we will assist the purchaser with their bond application.
• Maintain feedback to the conveyancers and send all information to all parties.
• Track the bond progress and send all information and feedback to all parties.
• Erect a “Sold” sign outside the property and update the portals to reflect the
status.
• Arrange all the relevant inspections and assist in obtaining the compliance
certificates.
• Follow up on the purchasers guarantees according to the agreement.
• Keep all parties informed and updated on all developments within the transfer
process.
• Arrange a full handover of the property to the new owner.
