Best-Ever Baba Ghanoush

                                                                                                                                   1 Garlic Head                                          1.  Move oven rack to top third of oven and

                                                                                                                                                                                              and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir to combine
                                                                                                                                   1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
                                                                                                                                                                                              and season with salt, then transfer to serving
                                                                                                                                                                                              dish.
                                                                                                                                   Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
                                                                                                                                                                                          5.  Garnish with parsley, pepper flakes, and a
