Winter Mandarin

Orange Salad

Ingredients Instructions

3 cups Baby Spinach 1. In a large bowl, toss together spinach, arugula,
mandarins, walnuts, and cranberries.

vinegar, orange juice, honey, poppy seeds, and
1 cup Toasted Walnuts mustard. Slowly pour in oil while whisking
until incorporated. Season with salt and
3/4 cup Dried Cranberries pepper.
½ cup Shaved Parmesan
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Pinch of Ambrosia Mediterranean Sea Salt, Top with Parmesan and a pinch of sea salt.

2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Orange Juice

1 tbsp Honey

2 tsp Poppy Seeds

1 tsp Esprit de Paris Smooth Dijon Mustard

Ambrosia Kosher Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper
