Yağlama is a traditional meal which belongs to Kayseri. I can guarantee that is
a food that you will love yağlama. Can you imagine a sauce with minced meat
,tomatoes and papers are put on thin lavash that is rolled out by hand and
these are 8-10 layers if you add yoghurt with some spices , you will reach the
peak of taste. By the way, it is a suggested to eat with hands. :)
4 glasses of flour
a glass of warm milk
½ cup warm water
a teaspoon of oil
a teaspoon of salt
a tablespoon instant yeast
a teaspoon of granulated sugar
350 grams of minced meet , 3 grated tomatoes a
tablespoon of tomatoes paste , an onion a tablespoon olive oil , a
teaspoon black pepper , a teaspoon salt.
First , put the flour into a bowl. Add warm milk,yeast,oil,salt and
sugar and mix then , add warm water a little and knead it. Sprinkle flour into a bowl and
put the dough you have prepared into it. Cover it with stretch film and leave it to
ferment for 40 minutes.
First, chop the onions into cubes. Take the minced meat into a pan and
saute until it is a golden brown. Then, add the onions into it and stir. Next, add the grated
tomatoes, and the tomato paste and leave to cook. After that, pour warm water, add salt
1 and peper,and finally remove from the stove after cooking for another 5-6 minutes in this
way .
