David Lessnick

David is the Principal of D. Marin Development and Investments, focused on real
estate syndication and the acquisition, development, and management of real estate
projects throughout the Western U.S. Over the past 22 years, David has created and
managed more than 50 syndicated investment projects totaling over $250 million. He
is currently one of the lead developers on Obsidian, a joint venture project with Blue
Heron Design-Build on a 60-acre custom home subdivision in Henderson, Nevada.

Randy Blanchard

Partner

Randy founded O’Doherty Partners 20 years ago with the purpose of acquiring
undervalued properties and entitling the land for direct sale or joint venture. Through
various corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures, he has been involved in several
hundred real estate development projects exceeding $850 million in Southern California
and Nevada. Randy has built strong business relationships with public builders and
well-known financial entities, including the Carlyle Group, GE Capital, K.B. Homes, the
Koll Company, D.R. Horton, Jefferies, and Texaco.
