here!” said my favourite hawker. This is the habit of
my family. Every Saturday, we go to the hawker centre
near Compass One and indulge in some delicious and
affordable dishes.
Without fail, we will go to the exact hawker centre to get
food. Even if there is heavy rain, we will make sure we
indulge in these gastronomical delights.
My go-to dishes will be fried or steamed dumplings,
carrot cake and cream of mushroom soup. I do not have
a specification for dumplings. But I prefer black carrot
cake to white carrot cake because black has more flavour
compared to white.
