            improvement. This process involved analysing water utility
            bills, conducting site inspections, and engaging with
            employees and stakeholders. Using the insights gathered,
            the ESI team developed a water reduction plan with specific
            targets and actionable measures.

            Environmental Review

            In our discussions with Tractor’s ESH and Sustainability
            team, we identified two areas for further investigation,
            including:
