The facility consolidates water-intensive operations, with shower facilities and laundry equipment positioned on Level 1,
complemented by strategically placed water dispensers on different floors. This arrangement facilitates better monitoring and
            control of water consumption.

The building's design prioritises efficient ventilation through a balanced combination of natural and mechanical systems.
Support facilities were positioned strategically to serve their intended purposes while minimising energy waste.

These practices reflect Wen Hong's dedication to environmental responsibility, successfully balancing operational requirements
with energy efficiency and resource conservation. The facility exemplifies how thoughtful design and equipment selection can
contribute to sustainable operations in a commercial setting.

In our commitment to enhancing energy efficiency at Implementation of this solution began on 18th March 2025,
the Wen Hong facility, we implemented a custom power with the initial installation of three monitoring devices
monitoring solution that provides real-time visibility focusing on air conditioning compressors, representing
of power consumption across critical equipment. This significant power consumers in our facility. The system's
innovative system employs the SCT-13-00 current sensor effectiveness led to a rapid expansion on 27th March 2025, adding
