Introduction
Our SME partner for this project is Wholesome Savour Pte Ltd.
As a holding company, Wholesome Savour invests in innovative
functional culinary solutions aimed at inspiring individuals
to adopt a healthier, more sustainable, and compassionate
lifestyle through the concept of food as medicine. In this
collaboration, we have worked together to develop the
"Kindness Meat" burger, a new clean-label sustainable meat
alternative that goes beyond traditional plant-based options.
This burger boasts a low carbon footprint, promotes human
health, is environmentally friendly, and contributes to the
elimination of animal cruelty.

Environmental Review
Our team worked with Wholesome Savour to perform Figure 1: Group Photo
an environmental review. Through this collaboration, we
conducted a thorough evaluation of their ecological footprint
across all operational aspects. The cornerstone of our
engagement centred on identifying and tackling pressing
environmental concerns. Our embedded approach allowed us
to gain deep insights into their day-to-day operations, enabling
us to develop practical, data-driven solutions that aligned with
their business model while advancing the sustainability goals.
By working alongside their team, we could better understand
the nuances of their food preparation methods and resource
utilisation patterns, ensuring our recommendations were
impactful and implementable within their existing operational
framework.
