Warrenstreet Architects Inc. will serve as the Prime Consultant and Architect of Record for this project.
All of our projects are led by a Principal and this project is no exception. Jonathan Halle, AIA will serve as
the Principal‐In‐Charge and would lead the facilitation of the design effort. Jonathan Smith, AIA, also a
Principal will serve in a backup capacity providing support with the project’s technical coordination and
adherence to QA/QC measures, ensuring the highest standards of quality are being met.
Day to day management will be spearheaded by Scott Donovan, AIA as the Project Architect and Project
Manager. Ruth Hadnot, NCIDQ will concurrently lead the interior design effort and technical
coordination will be performed by staff Architectural Designer, Caroline Corriveau. Our consultant design
team has long standing relationships with Warrenstreet and we have collectively completed dozens of
projects together successfully. Our colleagues proposed for this effort include:
To meet the varying needs of this project, we have assembled a proven and respected team of individuals
from varrying firms with the expertise to provide the quality services this project requires and with whom
we have many years of expereince working together. This team is unequalled in their respect for each
other, caring for the process, the client and those MHRA serves. The members of our entire team are
summarized below and resumes for all key team members as well as abbreviated firm profiles to
familiarize you with their capabilities and experience have been provided for your review and
information.
Subconsultants Proposed to Work with Warrenstreet to Meet the Anticipated and Ongoing Needs of
this Project Include:
STONEY RIDGE ENVIRONMENTAL
As a woman business enterprise (WBE), Cindy Balcius will facilitate the completion of the Phase I
Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in accordance with ASTM 1527‐13, including a vapor encroachment
screening as defined by ASTM 2600‐15. The Environmental Review will include completion of the
Statutory Checklist and Environmental Assessment Checklist including all supporting documentation.
Cindy will also do the site‐specific soil survey required by state DES requirements. Beyond simple
completion of the Environmental Review, Cindy will also use her extensive experience to guide the
developer through the environmental review process, including recommendations fort project
modification if necessary, to assure compliance with federal regulations.
MILLER ENGINEERING & TESTING, INC.
Frank Miller will provide Geotechnical Services required to establish soil bearing capacities for the
structural design effort as well as Special Inspections during construction.
