TF MORAN INC.

                This Engineering firm will be responsible for Survey, Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering for this
                project.   They  have  an  intimate  relationship  with  the  City  of  Manchester’s  Planning  and  Zoning
                Departments and will lead the site permitting effort.  Warrenstreet has partnered with TF Moran for
                more than 25 years.

                WV ENGINEERING PARTNERSHIP

                An  amazing  team  of  registered  MEP  professionals,  WV  Engineering  Associates  provides  traditional
                consulting  engineering  services  in  many  areas  including:  Heating,  Ventilating  and  Air  Conditioning;
                Plumbing and Fire Protection; Medical gas and Process Piping; Electrical Engineering, Power, Emergency
                Power and Distribution; Site, Interior and Emergency/Exit Lighting; Communications/Data Wiring; and
                Fire Alarm and Security Systems. Warrenstreet has partnered with Wv Engineering since the late 1990’s.

                GDS ASSOCIATES

                The energy consulting services of GDS, provides clients with expert design consultation tailored to their
                needs. With focus on energy performance, comfort, resiliency, and durability, they provide simulated
                energy usage modeling, inspections and testing through construction phases. Their experts guide the
                development  team  through  permitting,  code  compliance  and  building  completion.  GDS  takes  an
                integrated  approach  to  the  energy  performance  of  a  home.  Using  computerized  building  energy
                simulation  modeling,  we  identify  opportunities  to  strengthen  the  building’s  energy  performance,
                durability, and safety. A building is a system of integrated components that should perform in harmony
                with  each  other.   We  develop  cost‐effective  design‐alternatives  and  improvements  to  maximize
                efficiency value and minimize operation and maintenance costs.

                JOHN PENNEY ASSOCIATES

                John F. Penney Consulting Services is a mechanical engineering firm specializing in Heating, Ventilation
                & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Commissioning.  We work closely with building owners
                to advise on the most cost‐effective and energy‐efficient systems to employ in their buildings.  As we get
                to know our clients' goals and facilities, we can provide targeted long‐term service to meet their needs.
                JFPCS has been engaged in green building design since our inception.  John Penney and staff will provide
                commissioning  guidance  during  the  design  process  and  will  provide  complete  building  systems
                commissioning at the tail end of the project’s completion.

                JOBIN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

                Initial project budgeting and estimating is probably the most important part of the pre‐construction
                phase. An accurate project budget is the foundation to your successful construction project. It is also
                when poor decisions can have the largest cost impact in your project. Included in this service is not only
                a detailed financial picture of the physical construction costs, but also the additional costs that must be
                included in your overall project budget.  Our greatest influence into the final construction costs come at
                this pre‐construction phase when the owner’s actual cost is minimal, but each decision carries the largest
                cost impact. We have the ability to provide an accurate budget estimate at every phase of the design and
                development of the project. We provide preliminary budgets that are constantly updated as the design
                evolves, and decisions are made. This allows the client to have a good financial picture of the project well
                before a shovel is put to the ground. Thus, preventing the bid day “sticker shock” and the need for last
                minute scope cutting. We also work very closely with the design team to ensure what is designed falls
                within the project budget.
