Félicien started Zeltechfab in 2002 with two other
partners: Daniel Noel and Neri Jean. The priority
was to make moulds for rotor moulding plastic.
After a few years, he bought Neri‘s share in 2005.

Zeltechfab started as a small shop of 2500 square
feet with 5 employees and has now grown to 12000
square feet with 20 to 25 employees. The company
is certified cwb for steel and aluminum and nb csa.

In July of 2011, Zeltechfab was purchased by MQM
which specializes in structure, custom fabrication,
mining and pulp mills. Félicien manages this new
Félicien Arseneau entity.

Mathieu is a clinical audiologist at the Bathurst
location of Arseneau Audiologists since September
2011. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the
University of Moncton, a Master’s degree in
Audiology from the University of Ottawa, and a
Clinical Doctorate degree from the University of
Florida.

Arseneau Audiologists is a small business that has
been established by Elizabeth Arseneau over 25
years ago, and has currently 3 locations with 7
employees: the locations are in Bathurst, Caraquet,
Mathieu Arseneau and Tracadie.
