Joanna Aylward is the owner/operator of Grass
Roots Grill Inc.
Joanna started in the food and beverage industry at
15 years old. While travelling as a flight attendant in
her early 20’s, she maintained a job serving and
bartending. Later deciding to take Medical
Aesthetics in BC, she completed the course and took
a position at a Medical spa in Edmonton Alberta.
After a year, Joanna returned back to Saint John NB
where she was drawn into the hospitality service
industry once again. Joanna made a home for herself
at Rocky’s Sports Bar uptown, where her
personality and ability to lead made her very
well-known and loved by the community. During
this time she became a mother and while on
Joanna Aylward maternity leave she decided to look for something
ELP12F close to home. Grass Roots Grill had just opened
Owner/Operator and Joanna was hired for a part-time job. That
Grass Roots Grill didn’t last long, shortly after she was promoted to
Grand Bay - Westfield New manager. Joanna started to lead and build Grass
Brunswick Roots Grill to another level so she bought in as part
owner. With her knowledge and hard work ethic,
joannaaylward @grassrootsgrill.com Joanna became full owner of Grass Roots Grill in
September of 2016.

As Vice President of Supply Chain Management
and a member of the Executive Management Team,
Omer Babineau is responsible for the day-to-day of
the supply chain, as well as the supply chain
strategies of the organization. He has senior
responsibility for all areas related to Production,
Planning, Procurement, and Logistics for both
Canada and US Facilities.
Babineau joined IMG in 1996 after completing a
Business Management course at Oulton’s Business
College.
He has since received his Certification in
Purchasing, and has successfully completed
numerous university courses over the years.

Throughout his career at Imperial Manufacturing
2iC6 Group Mr. Babineau has held several position from
Vice President, Supply Chain MRO Buyer, Procurement Agent Packaging, Senior
Management Procurement Steel, Procurement Manager, Director
Imperial Manufacturing Group
of Supply Chain, VP Operation and today sitting as
Dieppe New Brunswick the Vice President, Supply Chain Management.
