Justin is CEO of Beaulieu Plumbing & Mechanical
Inc. The company was founded in May 1984 by his
father in a 10’X10’ bedroom. Today the company is
located in a 62,500 square foot building.
Justin envisioned being part of his father’s company
at a very young age. Therefore, he went on to
college and became a mechanical
technologist/HVAC. He then joined the company
and climbed the ladder to the position he is today.
BPM has grown considerably in the past 5 years,
working within the Maritimes on high scale
construction projects. The vision is to grow nation
wide and south of the border.

Daniel has a passion for building teams and
businesses. He loves to understand customers which
led him in sales roles over the years.
His current current role is leading the sales team at
JMN where he helped improved sales operations
and sales growth (2x increase in a year during
covid). He was also involved for 7 years with
Corruven - helping the company raise over $20M in
capital, leading sales, scaling up, and working with
the visionary founder.
Daniel has board experience at Corruven and the
local chamber of commerce. Daniel’s finance
background from McGill University gives him

WMI addition, he has advanced training in wood
