Jake is obsessed with planning. Whether it's an
upcoming snow crab season or a weekend getaway,
everything is structured from start to finish. Jake is
the General Manager at McGraw Seafood, where he
is responsible for supply, transport and financial
analysis. Never one to become complacent, his
personal mission is "to strive for continuous
improvement".
He started a business venture by acquiring a
childcare facility in Rexton, and also developed and
implemented innovative strategies at McGraw
Seafood.

Roddy is the co-founder and CEO of technology
solutions provider Tech Knowledge Solutions
(TKS). TKS has been delivering exceptional
software development services to corporations like
GTECH, Blue Cross, Atlantic Lottery, and UNI
since 2007.
Under Roddy’s leadership, TKS merged with
long-time customer TSi Auto Solutions in 2014,
Roddy re-acquired TKS with a national insurance
company Assumption Life in 2017, and successfully
exited TSi in 2018. TKS has since pivoted towards
Insurtech product commercialization with Fortune
500 enterprise customers like Assurant Inc.
