Andrew is the General Manager/Co-Owner of
CSN-Champlain Auto Body specializing in collision
repair serving the Greater Moncton Area. In
operation for over 40 years, they are a family owned
and operated independent collision centre in Greater
Moncton. With a focus on customer service,
Andrew transformed the business from a traditional
body shop to an expanded progressive,
state-of-the-art production line collision repair
facility. Since taking on the role of General
Manager in 2009, he has realized significant
increases in revenue, accreditations from the
Automotive Industries Association of Canada,
certifications from many automobile manufacturers
(including Toyota and Honda), and received the
Andrew Barkhouse 2017 Service Business Excellence Award from
ELP11F Expansion Dieppe. Andrew is proud to manage a
General Manager and Co-Owner facility that has the best team and most up-to-date
CSN-Champlain Auto Body technologies and equipment in Atlantic Canada. He

Erin plays a key role on the leadership team as VP,
Business Strategy at Eigen Innovations. Eigen is a
technology company based in Fredericton, NB that
focuses on transforming industrial manufacturing by
accelerating the adoption of intelligent process
control and scalable AI solutions. In her current
role, Erin is responsible for Eigen's go-to-market
strategy, customer success and product teams. Prior
to joining Eigen, Erin worked as a producer for the
CBC, then ran an independent production business
until she joined Xplornet, a national
telecommunications company. After holding several
sales and marketing leadership roles at Xplornet,
Erin Barrett Erin decided to join Eigen to help them scale the
EChO1 business. Her passion is to help entrepreneurs make
VP, Business Strategy their vision a reality.
