1992 – 1993 Season • 11/17/92 - Children’s, youth, and adult chorales perform jointly for the first time in the Annual Youth Choral Festival. This is the debut of the Susquehanna Children’s Chorale,

• August 1993 - SC performs its first concert at Mt. Gretna Tabernacle
1993 – 1994 Season
• September 1993 - Conducting internship program for college students begins
• November 1993 - Intermediate Youth Chorale, Grades 7-9, is formed, Linda Tedford, Conductor
• December 1993 - First concert at Hershey Theater
• 12/17-20/93 - SC performs the Central Pennsylvania premiere of Jesu Carols by Stephen Paulus
• 2/17/94 - Performance at ACDA Eastern Division Convention in Washington, DC
• Fall 1994 - Susquehanna Chorale becomes first volunteer chorus to receive the prestigious Margaret Hillis Award for Choral Excellence, given by Chorus America. The award honors Margaret Hillis, founder of the Chicago Symphony Chorus, for her 40 + years of professional achievement and outstanding dedication and contributions to choral music. This award included a cash prize of $5,000.00, presented to Linda Tedford by Robert Page, at Chorus America Conference, NYC
1994 – 1995 Season
• 10/16/94 - SC performs at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, DC
• 11/17/94 - SC performs the Central Pennsylvania premiere of The Prayer of St. Francis by C. Thomas Schwalm
• 5/6, 8-9/95 - SC performs the world premiere of The New Mozart Compendium Mass by John Jascoll
• 5/2/95 - SC is broadcast multiple times on the national radio program The First Art, sponsored by Chorus America
1995 – 1996 Season • December 1995 - SC releases its first CD, A Susquehanna Christmas
• 5/3, 4, & 6/96 - SC commissions and performs the world premiere of Theta’s Musings, by Robert Page, to celebrate the 15th anniversary season
1996 – 1997 Season • 12/8/96 - SC debuts with the Harrisburg Symphony, singing Handel’s Messiah, Richard Westerfield, conductor
• 6/26-7/7/97 - The SC travels to Great Britain on the first International concert tour • August 1997 - Performance at ACDA State Conference, State College, PA
