REMINGTON ACRES ESTATES

REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS

The board would like to make a request for owners to participate on the

board, the ARC Committee, Community Functions Coordinator.

The board positions available is Secretary, Treasurer and Directors.
Nine (9) members are allowed on the board at one time, but the number

of board members must be odd. We currently only have 4 members.

The ARC Committee involves owners that want to approve / disapprove
ARC requests. This would be concerning the painting of a home, any

exterior home improvements, additions of sheds and those type of
requests. We currently have one member on that committee but most

certainly should be more making these critical decisions.

Community functions coordinator(s) duties would include scheduling
Community Functions, BBQ’s, Holiday Decoration Judging and any other
events.

This is a reminder that owners that participate on any of these

boards/committees are not paid positions.
