2021 DUES REIMBURSEMENTS
The board would like to apologize in advance to all prepaid owners for
the 2021 dues.
After consulting the attorney, we were informed that Non-profit
organizations are not allowed to reimburse monies. This was a hard hit for
the board members that assured the owners they would receive their
funds back.
Unfortunately, Linda did continue to deposit all monies after the board
made it clear to not cash any checks after the meeting on the 6 .

Now we must proceed according to the law. All prepaids will go towards
the dues for 2022.
We apologize again for mis-stating reimbursements.
