2021 – A new year and a new beginning!
NEW BOARD
The board members would like to thank you for participating
in the voting process and to let you know that it is our desire
Donna Lyman to make all HOA matters as “transparent” as possible.
President
Our anticipated agenda for the next two years are as follows:
Rod Saxton • Reduce the dues
Vice President • Verify current contracts with the HOA to make sure they are
valid and are best suited for our community
• Review all financials to make sure all is corrected as needed
Jim Forsyth • Review delinquencies & pending compliance matters to see if
Member at Large they can be rectified in a manner to be a "win / win" for both
homeowner and the HOA
• Mail out questionnaires to all owners concerning dissolution of
Greg Camron the HOA
Member at Large • Amend the Bylaws & Articles of Incorporation to disburse all
funds to the homeowners if the HOA is dissolved
• Pending the decision to dissolve or not, whether permanent or
temporary, nominate a community coordinator to find ways to
"give back" to the community
• We will have holiday decoration prizes for both Halloween and
Christmas
• All board meetings will be available at the church and online so
all owners can benefit from the meetings
OUR FIRST ACTION AS THE NEW BOARD
Due to the difficulties of the Covid virus, the board all agreed to waive the dues for all
homeowners for the 2021 year. If you have already paid your dues, they will be reimbursed
to you as soon as possible. January 1, 2022 the full amount of $120.00 will be charged.
