Doors
Storm Doors
• Storm doors must be full-view with either a single pane or a “self-storing” retractable ½ pane
• Storm doors may not have any decorative grids or mullions, decorative etching/patterns with the glass pane
• Storm doors must be full view and may not be ¾ or ½ view
with the following stipulations:
Hillcrest Cluster requires that any storm door replacement have a submission of a DRB application for staff review
Front Entry Sidelights
Door sidelights may be one of the following configurations: one sidelight, two sidelights, or no sidelight.
The DRB notes that lites with decorative caming or grids require an individual application and will be reviewed on a case-by-
case basis to determine the visual impact of the proposed caming or grids.
