Fences


                                                   Colors/Materials


                   •  Originally “Red Cedar”
                   •  Now Olympic Solid Stain “Oxford Brown”
                   •  Clear, colorless sealant for decks and fences
                   •  The DRB does not specify manufacturers or brand of materials that must be used.

          Note: The board further confirmed that previously approved and existing colors for decks and fences may not be
         eliminated from use where previously approved. Balconies with T-1-11 facings must continue to be painted/stained
                                               the same color as the house.


                                                     Front Fences


        Removal of front fence enclosures with the following options:
                   •  Replace the front fence with one constructed of T1-11 using the same dimensions as the
                       original, and painted/stained in accordance with the approved color palette for fences.
                   •  Replace the fence with an evergreen hedge (minimum 4 ft. height) installed in the same
                       location as the original fence.
        Stipulations:
                   •  Front fence and/or hedge removal behind fence/hedge be simple landscaped (lawn or
                       plantings)
                   •  No structural elements (i.e., patio or deck) or additions that would create an activity area.
                   •  The Board discourages a cluttered appearance in the resulting highly visible area.
