Front Entry Doors

• Solid Flat Doors with or without a letter slot (original design)
• Raised or recessed panels or flat, flush 6-panel doors with two (2) square top lites
• Raised or recessed panels or flat, flush 6-panel doors with one (1) fan lite
• Benchmark by Therma-Tru, ½ -lite, Dun Thorpe glass (or an exact match from another manufacturer)
• Benchmark by Therma-Tru, twin-lite, Dun Thorpe glass (or an exact match from another manufacturer)

with the following stipulations:
1. Doors may be painted one of the colors on the color palette for exterior front doors and be a complementary color that be
harmonious with the siding color.
2. Front doors may not be painted the same color of the siding it must be a complementary color
3. Hilcrest Cluster requires that any Front Door replacement have a submission of a DRB application for Staff
Review

Rear Entry Doors

• Sliding glass
• Windows as part of a sliding glass door assemble on the rear of a home must match the exact dimensions of the
original door, with three (3) equal lites, or use a nominally smaller overall dimension assembly, with three (3) equal
lites. In the event of the later, exterior walls must be extended to make up the overall length, utilizing the same finish
as the siding and trim on the rest of the home
