• Composite may be installed, but only with prior DRB approval. Trim boards may be wood, PVC or fiber cement and
painted according to the DRB-approved color palette standards
• T1-11, HardiPanel Sierra 8, Vertical Siding, or 76 Series LP SmartSide Panel Siding, Cedar Texture Panel, 8” reveal
spacing
• Hardie Plank siding in the sierra wood grain, with planks 7 1/4" wide
• Grooves 1 ¾” wide has been approved as an alternative material for the Hillcrest Section only

Stipulations
• That all siding be replaced at the same time with the approved material
• That the siding be painted one of the DRB-approved Hillcrest Cluster siding colors
• That there be no alteration of the design, dimensions and profile of the existing trim. Houses with previously
approved mixed siding installations, reverse board and batten and T1-11, 11052, 11062, 11076, 11088, 11090, 11098,
and 11100 Saffold Way, may remain mixed installations
