be wood or PVC and painted according to the DRB-approved color palette standards
• T1-11 or 76 Series LP SmartSide Panel Siding, Cedar Texture Panel, 4” reveal spacing
Front fence- must be “Saffold Way Beige”
Rear fence - Olympic Solid Stain “Oxford Brown”. The homes that back to Baron Cameron Avenue only (11064-11076
evens) may be natural, but must be sealed with a clear, colorless sealant. The homes which have T1-11 or similar material as
rear fence enclosures must be painted “Saffold Way Beige”

Balconies
All metal elements of the railing must be black; Wood elements including railing caps & facing inset panels, top rail trim,
railing support posts, fascia boards and vertical support posts must be painted to match the siding color.
