Cap Flashing

Location: (to cover the top of firewalls separating the roof of the townhomes)
Color: (between adjacent homes, color: Saffold Way Beige/end-units, non-adjacent to other homes, color: Oxford Brown)

with the following stipulations:
• All cap flashings must be cleaned and maintained
• All existing cap flashing not in conformance with the above must be brought into conformance upon substantive
repair and/or replacement

Downspouts/Gutters
Color: (gutters must be dark brown; downspouts located along stucco dividing walls must be Saffold Way
Beige; end unit downspouts not on a party wall must match the color of the siding; if caps are used, they must match the color
of the gutters) All existing gutters and downspouts not in conformance with the above must be brought into conformance
upon substantive repair and/or replacement.

Doors
Color must harmonize with or match the house siding color, and must be one of the following colors:
