 Work positioning systems:

 Ladders:
o Portable and fixed ladders

Periodical testing of safety systems will include the following:

Horizontal and vertical lifelines – fibre rope 12-Monthly Visual
or webbing
All items other than personal and common Prior to First / Visual

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

Before each use, visually inspect all the fall protection equipment (belts, anchor lines,
harnesses, ropes or lanyards, hooks, connectors) looking for the following:
