Another area that your leadership team is working to enhance is our internal and external
communications. We will be adding critical housing information and articles to the GSABA website.
Another priority is to engage real estate and business reporters and editors on critical and relevant
housing issues in the greater San Antonio area. We have confirmed that Reporters for the San Antonio
Express News and The Rivard Report will attend the upcoming 2020 Housing Forecast. We plan to
increase our external communication with elected and city officials and provide a monthly Government
Affairs News to Use that will be published the last week of each month - you will be able to find this
update on GSABA’s website as well.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to advertise in the monthly Builder Brief; it gets better
every year and the 2020 Parade Style Magazine will be published in May and ad sales have just kicked off.
The 2020 Parade magazine will once again be coffee table quality and an award-winning publication.

This past summer, your Association celebrated our 75th Anniversary and I am honored to lead
GSABA this year and follow in the footsteps of so many outstanding leaders before me. Please reach out
