Development of Project 1: Lecture/ Demonstration on Preparing Processed Meat


                       The first topic/project conducted is the preparation of processed meat discussed by

               Mr. Gerry P. Ibardaloza (tuna empanada) and Ms. Arlene L. Estrada (lumpiang shanghai).

               Tuna empanada preparation was demonstrated by Mr. Gerry P. Ibardaloza. He discussed the

               needed ingredients together with the measurements and the proper preparation of the tuna

               empanada.
