4. Pre-Operation and Operation Instructions

4.1) Pre-Operation Instructions

CAUTION! Make sure the motor are switch at “Stop” position and disconnected
from the main power supply (CES-200E) prior to performing any service, maintenance,
or cleaning.

4.2) Operation Instructions

Starting the Scarifier:

1. Before starting the CES-200E make sure the cable is not damage before use.

2. With assistance, set the scarifiers on the ground. Use with caution when running
the scarifiers and maintain control at all times.

3. Switch “ON” the power switch (fig 4-1).

4. Release the lift off handle (fig 4-2) and adjust the six lobed knobs to achieve the
desirable depth for the cutting process (fig 4-3).

Stopping the Scarifier:

1. Pull back the lift off handle (fig 4-6) and switch “OFF” the power switch (fig 4-4)
to stop the scarifier. (CES-200E)
