• Industrial applications must follow OSHA guidelines.

• Prior to using the concrete cutter, make sure to clear away large rocks, sticks,
and other foreign materials off the ground surface to avoid damage to the
concrete cutter and/or personal injury. Use caution when working around pipes or
ducts protruding from the floor or slab edges.

• Do not allow other people to stand beside the concrete cutter when the machine is
being operated. Always keep hands and feet safely away from the moving parts of
the concrete cutter.

• Always make sure all guards are in place and in proper working condition
prior to starting the concrete cutter.

• Always maintain a firm grip on the handle assembly with both hands to ensure
proper control.

• This concrete cutter TC3-F400D is designed for outdoor and indoor use. Do not
operate the concrete cutter in a closed area or in a poorly ventilated area.
When running, the engine of this concrete cutter produces carbon monoxide, a
colorless, odorless, toxic fume that and concrete dust, when inhaled, can cause
serious personal injury or death. Whenever possible, use a carbon monoxide
detector (not included) to detect excessive carbon monoxide fumes in the work
area and in the surrounding area.

• Do not modify the concrete cutter. This machine will do the work better and
safer at the speed and capacity for which it was designed.

3.2) Fire and Explosion Precautions

• Diesel fuel and fumes are flammable, and potentially explosive. Use proper
fuel storage and handling procedures. Always have multiple ABC class fire
extinguishers nearby.

• Keep the concrete cutter and surrounding areas clean at all times.

• When spills of fuel or oil occur, they must be cleaned up immediately.
Dispose of fluids and cleaning materials. Store oil rags in a covered metal
container.

• Never store fuel or other flammable materials near the concrete cutter.

• Do not smoke, or allow sparks, flames, or other sources of ignition around the
concrete cutter.
