                           Re: McPherson Bank/Mixed‐use Project – Cover Letter/Overview

                           Dear Tyler:

We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and submit our proposal for your new
mixed‐use bank and office project in McPherson. Over the past 18 years, Shelden Architecture
has been fortunate to be a part of shaping the architectural direction in our area, especially in
the banking arena. We love working with banks and financial institutions because they align so
closely with our ideal client in that they care deeply about the spaces their business inhabits,
they value the people they work for and with, and they understand the importance of what
their building represents to their community.

We are currently working on several financial institution projects in Kansas. We have designed
several of Equity Bank’s facility’s including renovating much of their Wichita Headquarters and
are currently in the CA phase of their new multi‐tenant 3‐story Overland Park Headquarters and
branch at the corner of College and Metcalf.

We are also in the CA phase of Fidelity Bank’s new 5 floor car park facility in downtown Wichita.
This project has been designed in such a way to move into the future and be converted into a
Class A office building if required, to meet Fidelity’s needs. We have also started the
planning/programming for their 10‐story Headquarters expansion project.
