SERVICES AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST
 The following services, while not included as part of the above architectural fee structure,
will be provided on an hourly basis as requested:
 As built drawings of existing facilities.
 Presentation drawings and artwork for marketing materials.
 Assistance with zoning issues.
 FF&E assistance.
