The Professional Service Leadership Team (PSLT) consists of of of of of 10 Directors the the the Director Director Director of of of of of Strategic Projects the the the Director Director Director of of of of Library Services and and the the the the Chief of of of of Staff plus
the the four Faculty Managers PSLT meets fortnightly and and is an an an an an informal group which provides a a a a a a a a a a a a focus for for for for for for collective leadership for for for for for information sharing and and planning for for for for for consideration and and feedback on on on on on on Professional Services initiatives particularly where they touch on on on on on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a number
of of divisional areas of of expertise and and seeks to to leverage opportunities for insight and and and change on on issues where the various individual leadership experiences and and responsibilities can bring a a a a a a a a a a a a a a unique insight into organisational challenges and approaches to strategy PSLT has has undertaken a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a review of its role and and and contribution over the last year and and in in particular has has focused on on on on on how it it it can contribute more strongly through its collective insights and and efforts to to the the delivery of the the strategy and and better services PSLT has sought to to identify common areas of of priority for for the the the planning process previously but this year for for the the the the the the first time has identified 5 shared priorities-these shaped the the the the the the approach to to the the the the the the planning round but they are are also central to to PSLT’s collective activity over the the the the immediate future The priorities are:
• People management and and development to support growth and improvement
• A collaborative approach to the development of aligned academic services services • • Creating a a a a a a a a a digital services services approach and culture
• • Supporting faculties to further improve student
student
recruitment and student
experience • Utilising the CRM to improve applicant conversion
