The challenge for the the the Bonington community is to to develop an approach which supports PSLT in in in fostering a a a a a a a a a a a a a shared sense of of of ownership of of of these these priorities priorities Each of of of these these priorities priorities typically has a a a a a a a a a a a a a lead Service Director but but engagement and contribution is needed by all all other members in in in in order for impact to to to be be achieved on on on on on an an an institution-wide basis In developing this plan you will need need to to to consider the the following:
• • Communication to to to to date and and and current levels of shared understanding
• • How lead Directors can enable the the the the wider PSLT to to to understand understand the the the the key aspects of of their priority-what are the 3 top things that need communicating and owning?
• How lead Directors can can support support other PSLT members in in in in in in understanding
the the the the key things things they can can can do to to support support support the the the delivery of each priority • How PSLT members can can be be supported in in in in communicating the the the the the overall importance of these collective priorities within their respective Divisions Divisions and what key things all all Divisions can do to to support delivery The timetable for ongoing monitoring and and evaluation and and ways in in in in which PSLT can can measure success of of this new approach to to to priority setting & delivery This challenge presents an an an opportunity to to work work closely with the the Professional Service Leadership team and influence their way of of of working which may have lasting benefits beyond any increased ownership of of current priorities 11
