in believers' baptism. And we know that
baptism doesn't go before the new birth. In
Acts chapter 10, Peter, the same preacher,
preaches to Cornelius and his household,
and those who believed received the Spirit,
and then Peter takes them and baptizes
them.
In Acts chapter 3, reading from verse 19,
Peter said, “Repent ye therefore, and be
converted” — Notice that. And Peter goes
on to say, “that your sins may be blotted
out, when the times of refreshing shall come
from the presence of the Lord.” As we come
to Acts chapter 5, we find in verses 30 and
31, “The God of our fathers raised up Jesus,
