Now, I wrote this down last year in my

Bible because I wanted to have it close by.

You know how many times I turn to the

book of Revelation. The book of Revelation

is one of my favorite books. I find great

comfort from the book of Revelation even

though it was written in the first century to

the seven churches of Asia because they

were going through tremendous persecution

under Nero. But here's what I wrote down.

I started with Revelation 1:9. The apostle

John said, “I John, who also am your

brother, and companion in tribulation, and

in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ,

was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the

word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus
