bowed our knee and confessed with our

tongue that Jesus Christ is Lord. You may

not have bowed the knee, but I’m talking

about confessing Him as Lord. If you didn't

do that, then you're not saved. And that's

my third point. My first point is that there

is a controversy. We don't have to go to the

Presbyterians and the Methodists and the

Catholics and whatever. All we’ve got to do

is look in the Baptist circles. There's more

controversy over this in the Independent

Baptist circles than probably any other

circles — constantly back and forth. And,

again, some of this got started many years

ago. My second point is the Lordship of

Jesus Christ. That's established. You can

deny it, but you can't change it. That's
