verse 18 and said, “All power is given unto

me in heaven and in earth.” That's Lordship.

Even at His birth the angel of the Lord said

to the shepherds, ”For unto you is born this

day in the city of David a Saviour, which is

Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:11). So even at His

birth Jesus Christ is called Savior and He is

called Lord. In 1 Corinthians 2:8 He's called

“the Lord of glory”; in Mark 2:28, “the Son of

man is Lord also of the Sabbath”; in

Ephesians 4, verses 5 and 6, there is “One

Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and

Father of all”; in John 13:13 Jesus said, “Ye

call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for

so I am”; 1 Corinthians 15, verse 57, says,

“which giveth us the victory through our

Lord Jesus Christ”; and then in Revelation
