said "in the last days." In other words, between
the Messiah’s first coming and His second
coming, these are the last day. You say, "Well,
it's been nearly 2,000 years." But it's still the
last days.
Let me read one other passage before I read
in Timothy. Listen to how it's worded in
Hebrews, chapter 1. It's used, by the way, a
number of times in the Scripture. Yes, we are
in the last days. We're in the latter part of the
last days, probably. But the last days began in
the first century. Listen to Hebrews, chapter 1.
I'm going to be reading verses one and two. It
says, “God, who at sundry times and in divers
manners spake in time past unto the fathers by

the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken
unto us by his Son . . .” It says that “in these last
days” God spoke to us by His Son, Jesus Christ.
