that Christ had risen from the dead as He
said He would, Jesus said, “Thomas, because
thou hast seen me, thou hast believed:
they that have not seen, and yet
blessed are
have believed” (John 20:29). There are many
“signs and wonders” movements in our day
that are seeking to validate God’s existence
and the veracity of God’s Word, but Matthew
16:4a says, “A wicked and adulterous
generation seeketh after a sign.”
God’s kind of love “endureth all things”
Speaking to His disciples in John 16:33b,
Jesus said, “In the world ye shall have
tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have
overcome the world.” Christians are in
spiritual warfare, and “we wrestle not against
