Hebrews 11 outlines the extraordinary

faith of many of God’s Old Testament saints

who had to wait years before seeing the

fulfillment of God’s promises, and some

never personally saw the fulfillment of many

of those promises, but they believed God,

and it was counted unto them for

righteousness. Referring to some of those

Old Testament believers, Hebrews 11:39

extols, “And these all, having obtained a
