Ae’o Tower, Honolulu, HI
Situated in the heart of Ward Village at the center of Honolulu, the 40-story Ae’o
Tower will include 466 luxury condos from studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The
Howard Hughes development also includes a 7-story parking structure, panoramic
rooftop terrace, residential podium, and an additional 60,000 SF of retail space to
accommodate Honolulu’s flagship Whole Foods Market. Set to be completed by
end of 2018, REI is providing electrical construction services that includes power
service and distribution system, high-rise fire alarm system, telecommunication
system pathways, access control and security system, and temporary construction
power.
