TEXAS (DIVISION 27)

Texas A&M University Health Science Center
College Station, TX

Upon completion, the new Multidisciplinary Research and
Education Building (MREB) at the Texas A&M Health Science
Center will be dedicated to research laboratories, laboratory
support, and associated offices. The project includes expansion
of the existing vivarium and the addition of two levels to an
existing building. Vaughn Construction is serving as the General
Contractor on this project.

Texas A&M Biocontainment Research Facility
College Station, TX
HAWAII (DIVISION 50) The new 96,000 SF Biocontainment Research Facility will be located adjacent to the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical

Diagnostics Laboratory building. This building will serve as a system-wide resource and home to the BSL-2, ABSL-2,
BSL-3, ABSL-3, and ABSL-3Ag research facilities for several university and system entities including the College of
Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Texas A&M Health Science Center (including the College of Medicine),
and Texas Agrilife Research. Rosendin is a subcontractor to Vaughn Construction on this project.

EASTERN REGION (DIVISION 33)

CompuCom Headquarters, Lancaster County, SC of the existing Concourse B of the Charlotte Douglas
